Drill longer core runs, and handle drill rods – Safely
Underground Drilling is often spatially constrained – the perfect scenario for CoreMAX’s technologies – allowing for longer core runs without compromising core orientation, or safety – regardless of mast length
Even where the formations are fractured a small increase in the average core run length has a dramatic effect on productivity (see Field Data).
Instead of drilling 1.5 or 3-meter core runs, why not drill 6 – 9 – 12 meter (or longer) core runs safely, eliminating thousands of unproductive hours annually

SURFACE DRILLING
We are initially focusing on the Underground drilling sector – however the benefits of long core runs to surface drilling programs – particularly on deep holes are significant.
Existing rod handling technologies are designed to load-/- unload rods and maybe a single inner tube – they don’t address where real Safety and Productivity benefits are;
Minimizing unproductive wireline trips by maximizing core run lengths via hands free joining and separating of connected inner tubes
Eliminating wireline laydown functions – the most dangerous operation on a diamond coring rig.
While our near-term focus is on the Underground sector – we have done sufficient work to understand the requirements and opportunities for surface rigs, particularly on very deep bores.
